Well the cabinet is completely stripped, puttied and sanded, so we’re ready to wipe down and prime the cabinet.
Put the back on the and installed it on the wall. Looks good and starting to fill it up.
Cleanup corner splines and sanded everything smooth. Started coats of tung oil. Going to look nice
We needed a jig to use corner splines on our tray so we came up with jig which allows to cut those spline groves….
Got a chance to stain the shelf, first I used a pre stain to have a more uniform staining, then finished with maple stain…
Bottom panel cut to size and rabbet cut to 1/4″ so fitted everything up and it looks nice, so will break it down sand…
Plane some cherry down to 9/16 for the sides and end. Then cut them to proper width 1 1/2 and 2 1/4. Followed up…
