I decided that sometimes I could use another table saw, I’ll have my main saw all setup for cutting and you find yourself needing to cut another piece. So the answer was dig out my original Sears table saw (over 40 yrs old). The problem was the belt pulley would come loose and work it’s way loose on the blade shaft. I decided to take the pulley off, drilled and taped a large set screw. Reassembled and it worked great, so I cleaned up the rust on the top using sandpaper and WD40. I also sanded the side table wings and gave them a nice coat of paint. Paste wax the top and then check that blade and fence were in specs. I now have a second table saw available for use. It turned out pretty good.
